Celebrating International Women's Day

Most women have the day off in Laos today. But, not our team training wheel loader operations for our latest project - the Burapha Plywood Mill. Ms, Khamkha in a team of 3 women will operate the wheelloader for the Logyard handling.

Working although it's International Women's Day so we don't risk losing a minute of preparations.?

We don't change a male dominated industry culture - we are creating a new one without glass ceilings! Our goal is a female ratio of 65% with women in all positions - because we can and because it is a wise business decision.
